Hello, thank you for the videos. I have a machine size 58.5*46. I need a catalog. Can you help me also? I need a catalog of the Jotun Berg 104S machine.
I learned how to run one in High School back in 1969. Then in 1988, I ran both the foil and embossing versions. It's good to see this video. Brings back memories.
You keep your press immaculate. I love foil stamping and embossing, they need to teach using this technique in the graphic art courses. I have been in the printing field since 1970 and have seen a steady decline over the years and it is a shame. The same as engraved printing, less and less being used. Use the combination of both techniques and you will have the classiest, most beautiful printed piece ever. By the way the Heidelberg windmill press is amazing and if well maintained will last hundreds of years. For those looking for used ones you can find them on eBay, but you need to know what you are buying, best to have someone that knows the press be with you when you look at it.
Yes immaculate but this is a show floor not a press room.. The point is to sale the craft. I'm a letterpressman myself. This is very nice set up though.

These machine are tough..They just keep on running.. the one I operate can run a max. size of 30x22-1/4..I believe it was made in 1960, it is one of my favorites machines to operate out of the ones I run..
esta máquina não é uma adaptação, ela foi fabricada para este fim, ela é parecida com a heidelberg tradicional para impressos, não tem como fazer essa adaptação porque tem que mudar muita coisa. tambem já fui tipografo e minervista abraços.
